Privacy Policy.
In short: we collect only what you give us to answer your enquiry, we never sell it, and you can ask us to show or delete it any time. The full policy below explains everything in plain language, the way we do everything else.

This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data Harivar Labs collects through harivar.com, why, how long we keep it, who else handles it, and how you can use your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain.
Who is responsible for your data
Harivar Labs, a venture of Pujara Group, is responsible for deciding how your personal data is used (the “Data Fiduciary” under the Act). Our office is at A-309, Privilon, Behind Iskcon Temple, Iskcon Ambli Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, India.

What we collect, why, and for how long
We only collect what we need for each purpose below. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not load at all until you choose “Allow”. You can change that choice any time with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page; choosing “Don’t allow” stops them and removes their cookies from your browser.
Who else handles your data
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and the business, only as much as they need, and under their own security and privacy terms:
- Vercel - hosts the website and handles form submissions.
- Zoho Mail - our email; enquiries and resumes arrive in our mailbox.
- Google - Tag Manager and Analytics (only if you allow analytics), and the map on our contact page.
- Microsoft - Clarity (only if you allow analytics).
- Calendly - the booking calendar on our contact page.
- Meta (WhatsApp) - if you message us on WhatsApp.
- Our chartered accountants - for client billing and tax records.
Some of these providers process data outside India. We only use providers in countries the Government of India has not restricted. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Your rights, and how to use them
- Access - ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Correction and erasure - ask us to correct, complete or update your data, or to delete it where we no longer need it or the law does not require us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent - as easily as you gave it. For analytics, use the Privacy choices link. For everything else, one email or WhatsApp message is enough. Withdrawing stops future use; it does not undo what was done before.
- Nominate someone - name a person who can use these rights for you if you die or cannot act.
- Raise a grievance - tell us if you are unhappy with how your data was handled. We will respond as quickly as we can, and within 90 days at the most.
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India - if our response to your grievance does not resolve it.
To use any of these rights, email info@harivar.com with the subject “Personal data request”, or WhatsApp +91 99099 48203 (opens in a new tab). We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that we never give your data to someone else.
How we protect it, and what happens if something goes wrong
The website is served only over HTTPS, forms check what they receive, and only Dixit Pujara has access to the mailbox where enquiries and resumes arrive, protected with two-factor sign-in. We delete data when the periods above run out.
If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will tell you without delay - what happened, what it means for you and what you can do - and report it to the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and the careers form is only for people aged 18 or older. If you think a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.
Changes to this notice
When we change how we use personal data, we update this page and its date. If a change needs fresh consent, we will ask for it before applying the change to you.
